The UGC is a family-friendly riding club that will appeal to all ages at all riding levels. Our goal is to provide riders with a fun family- friendly riding experience and the opportunity to learn and compete with their horses based on ability levels rather than age groups. This format of creating divisions based on ability rather than age will create a more positive experience for riders, allowing an equal opportunity for success and eliminating the requirement to compete against higher level riders simply because of their age.

2009 Season

The 2009 season will consist of three shows. These three shows will be a buckle series, with points being accumulated over all three shows and buckles awarded to the top riders in each of the four speed divisions.

Riders will be placed in divisons based on their speed times.

Speed Divisions
* Future Champions - Beginning riders
* A - Doing better - probably slow lope
* AA - Faster, more in sync, knows patterns
* AAA - Most experienced, fast riders, horse is well trained

Buckles will be awarded after the last show.

Prizes will also be awarded to the high-point and reserve riders at each show in each division.

Become a member of the club in order to qualify for buckles and all other awards.

Non-members will only be eligible for daily show awards.

* Big T

Riders may participate in any number of events; however, in order to qualify for high point awards at each show and at the end of the series, riders must participate in all 5 classes.
